IT Storm offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new web hosting accounts (Essential, Professional, and Enterprise plans). If you are not satisfied with your hosting service for any reason, submit a refund request within 30 days of your initial purchase and we will refund the full amount paid — no questions asked.
Domain Registrations
Domain registrations are non-refundable in all circumstances. Once a domain is registered, the registration fee is paid to the registry and cannot be recovered. This applies to all TLDs including .com, .ca, .net, .org, and all others. Domain transfer fees are also non-refundable.
Annual and Biennial Plans After 30 Days
After the 30-day money-back period has elapsed, refunds for annual or biennial hosting plans are issued as account credit only (not cash or card refund), calculated on a pro-rated basis for the remaining unused months. This credit can be applied to future IT Storm services.
Monthly Plans After 30 Days
Monthly hosting plans are non-refundable after the 30-day period. You may cancel at any time and your service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
No Refunds for AUP Violations
Accounts suspended or terminated for violations of the Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service are not eligible for any refund, regardless of when the termination occurs.
Add-On Services
Fees for one-time services such as site migrations, setup fees, or professional services are non-refundable once work has commenced.
How to Request a Refund
Open a billing support ticket at hosting.itstorm.ca or email [email protected] within the applicable refund window. Include your account email and invoice number. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
