Privacy Policy
Plain-language version of what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. The binding text is the registered legal version available from our legal team on request.
What we collect
Account info (name, email, billing address), payment data tokenized by Stripe, server logs (IPs accessing the panel), and the content of services you host — but we don't read your hosted content unless you ask us to.
Why we collect it
To deliver hosting, bill you, respond to support, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations (tax, court orders).
Who we share it with
Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (anti-abuse), AWS (off-site backups), our datacentre operators, and law enforcement under valid court order. Never sold.
Where it lives
Your region of choice (YYZ1, ORD1, AMS1, FRA1, SIN1). Backups replicate to at most two regions in your contract jurisdiction.
Your rights
Access, correct, delete, port. Export your data at any time from Settings → Danger zone. We respond within 30 days.
Cookies
Three first-party cookies (session, CSRF, edit-mode). Zero third-party trackers on customer-facing surfaces.
Retention
Active accounts: indefinite. Deleted accounts: 30 days for recovery, then purged. Invoices: 7 years for tax compliance.
