Your account
You're responsible for keeping your password secret, your 2FA enrolled, and your billing address current. Sharing logins is at your risk.
Payment
Subscriptions auto-renew at the published rate. We bill in CAD by default. Failed payments enter a 14-day dunning cycle before suspension.
Acceptable use
See our separate AUP. In short: no spam, fraud, malware, CSAM, or anything illegal under Canadian or EU law.
Uptime guarantee
99.99% on Atlas+ and all VPS / dedicated plans. Credits issued automatically on SLA breach — see SLA page.
Termination
You can cancel anytime from the dashboard. We can terminate for AUP violation, non-payment, or cause. Cause requires 30 days' notice except for serious breaches.
Liability cap
Aggregate liability capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months. Indirect / consequential damages excluded except where prohibited by law.
Governing law
Ontario, Canada. Courts of Toronto, ON for disputes. Binding arbitration for amounts under $10,000.
